Maison uses artificial intelligence including large language models and computer vision. AI systems can produce hallucinated information, biased results, or factually incorrect outputs. Renovation figures are planning estimates based on available inputs. Photos cannot reveal hidden structural, electrical, plumbing, environmental, permit, or code issues. Actual labor, materials, scope, delays, and contingency needs can differ substantially. Obtain inspections and written quotes from qualified contractors before committing funds; no fixed contingency percentage guarantees an adequate budget.

Comparable listings may show asking prices, rather than verified closed sales. Source timestamps and coverage matter. Interest rates, insurance, taxes, financing availability, rental demand, property condition, and local rules can change. Historical information and modeled scenarios do not guarantee a sale price, rent, financing outcome, or return.

If you've enabled personalized analysis using your operating costs (agent rates, financing, rehab strategy), these inputs reflect your stated assumptions. We do not verify them. Inaccurate inputs produce inaccurate analysis. Review the assumptions Maison uses on every deal.
